Payment Policy / Rules
- $75.00 non-refundable deposit payable within 5 days of booking needs to be secured via Credit Card
- **Balance to be paid in cash day of party.
- It is essential that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to set-up and get settled.
- Cost does not include price to secure your location. This is your responsibility
- When counting participants, please note that all participating children will be counted as part of the party package. Any and all siblings, cousins or attendees participating in the soccer activities will be included in the # count and charged accordingly against the cc provided should it be exceed agreed amount
- Quantities must be solidified 5 days prior to party.
- If invited children are to exceed 20 please notify SoccerTots immediately as we will be required to add additional staff
